Jayhawks TV Schedule Announced for 2014-15

IRVING, Texas – Kansas women’s basketball will have four games appear on the Fox Sports Network during the upcoming season as announced by the Big 12 Conference office on Tuesday afternoon.

“We are really excited for the upcoming season and the opportunity to showcase our program on national television,” said head coach Bonnie Henrickson. “Each year we are among the most televised women’s basketball programs in the country. The national television exposure allows for our fans near and far to be able to watch our games.”

Kansas will have 24 nationally-televised games during the 2014-15 season, four of which will be broadcasted on FOX, a number that increased from last year. Of the four televised games, two will be in Allen Fieldhouse and two on the road. Kansas’ game against Cal on Dec. 7 will be broadcast on FS1, while the games at Kansas State (Jan. 11), at Baylor (Jan. 31) and against West Virginia (Jan. 24) will air on FSN.

Every game at the Big 12 Championship will be broadcast by  the FOX Sports Network. The postseason championship quarterfinal games will air on FSN for the 14th-consecutive year, while the semifinals and final will appear on FS1. The Big 12 Championship begins March 6 and the final will be played on March 9.
