2012-13 (Junior): Academic All-Big 12 First Team… Finished fifth in the Open Four at the Conference USA Championships… Rowed for KU in the 3V8 at the Big 12 Championships…   Finished third in the Grand Final in the 2V4 at the Knecht Cup… Defeated Indiana and Georgetown in the 3V4 at the Indiana Invite… Rowed for the 2V8 (B) boat versus Kansas State at the Sunflower Showdown… Member of the 3V4 boat that beat Notre Dame and Duke at the Louisville Invite… Rowed for KU in the 2V4 at the Oklahoma Invite.

2011-12 (Sophomore): Member of the 1V8 boat at the Knecht Cup… Member of the 2V8 boat at the Big 12 Championships… Rowed for both the 1V4 and 2V4 during the season.

2010-11 (Freshman): Member of the third place boat in the 1N8 at the Knecht Cup…  Member of the first and 2N8 boats during the spring season… Member of the 2N8 that finished second at the Big 12 Championships.

High School: Lettered two years in volleyball and basketball and one year in track at Saint Teresa’s Academy… Captain of both volleyball and basketball teams her senior year…  Named to All-State Academic Team in 2008 in volleyball… Senior class secretary… Kansas Scholar-Athlete nominee… Member of the National Honor Society.

Personal: Daughter of Bob and Kim Fiss… Has three siblings: Allie, Barret and Jacob…   Grandfather, Galen Fiss, played football at KU and professionally for the Cleveland Browns… Father, Bob, played football at KU… Sister, Allie, is a dancer for the Denver Nuggets.
