Restrooms
Accessible restrooms are located on all levels in each athletics facility.  For assistance with locations, please ask the nearest event personnel (wearing gray polo).

Service Animals
Service animals are permitted in campus buildings, including Athletic venues, to assist people with disabilities. Even though we do not require people with disabilities to notify us in advance, we may be able to better serve fans who have service animals if they call the Facilities Office at least five days prior to an athletics event.

Tickets
At the University of Kansas, football, men’s and women’s basketball, baseball, softball, soccer, volleyball, and the Kansas Relays are ticketed events.  Tickets for accessible seating are available for these ticketed events.  Accessible seating includes wheelchair accessible seating and limited mobility seating (for those with limited mobility but not needing wheelchair seating).

Wheelchair accessible seating
For those individuals requiring wheelchair seats, wheelchair seating should be purchased in advance via all regular distribution channels (by phone, in person at the Ticket Office, or via internet at www.kutickets.com) and is subject to ticket availability.  Wheelchair seating is available for the accessible user and for up to three companions, subject to availability.

While Kansas Athletics will do everything it can to accommodate fans with accessible seating needs, we cannot guarantee wheelchair seating availability the day of the game if you purchase a non-wheelchair accessible seat and need an accessible seat.  For example, if you purchase a non-accessible seat and later break your leg and need to sit in an accessible seat, we will try to accommodate you, but if all accessible seats are already taken, we cannot promise their availability as a last-minute consideration.

For those who purchase an accessible seat and do not need the specific features of the accessible seat, Kansas Athletics may require the ticket holder to move to a different, non-accessible seating location.  Refusal to relocate upon request may result in ejection and revocation of ticket privileges.

Limited Mobility Seating
For limited mobility seating (seating located near elevators or that do not require excessive climbing of stairs), please contact the Kansas Athletics Ticket Office to exchange tickets for limited mobility seating.  These seats are available on a first-come, first-serve basis and are subject to availability.

Directions to find seats
For assistance finding seating, contact the nearest event personnel (wearing gray polo).

Wheelchairs
For guests needing wheelchair assistance in athletic facilities, contact the nearest event personnel (wearing gray polo) for assistance.  Event personnel are available to transport fans from the doors to the guest’s designated wheelchair seat.  Contact the Kansas Athletics Facilities office at (785) 864-4210 prior to the event for specific information or assistance in accessing the accessible seat.

Other accommodations
If you are in need of an accommodation due to a disability, please submit your request at least five (5) days in advance of the event to Kansas Athletics.
