LAWRENCE, Kan. –

University of Kansas baseball head coach Ritch Price announced Friday that the team will play its three-game non-conference series against South Dakota State on Saturday and Sunday morning at the Metrodome in Minneapolis. The teams will play a doubleheader on Saturday morning, beginning at 1:30 a.m. and conclude the three-game set Sunday morning at 3:30 a.m.<?xml:namespace prefix=”o” ns=”urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office”?>

These games will not be available on CSTV’s Gametracker.

The series, which was originally scheduled for Hoglund Ballpark this weekend, had to be moved due to snow and cold weather in the forecast.

Tonight’s contest will mark the first of four games that KU is scheduled to play in Major League ballparks. The Jayhawks will face Border Showdown rival Missouri at Kaufman Stadium in Kansas City later on April 25 of this season.

KU (5-0) is coming off a five-game sweep at Hawaii-Hilo last weekend.
