Gill In Wichita Monday

LAWRENCE, Kan. – Kansas Athletics and Jayhawk Head Football Coach Turner Gill will host a special Football in February event at the Wichita Marriott Monday, Feb. 15. The event, which begins at 6 p.m., is to showcase KU’s 2010 football recruiting class and give fans an opportunity to meet the new head coach.

Joining Gill and members of his coaching staff will be former KU football greats John Hadl, Gale Sayers and John Zook.

The event is free and open to the public. There will be free hors d’oeuvres and a cash bar. At 6:30 p.m. Gill will be introduced, show a video of the 2010 recruiting class and hold a question and answer session.

The Marriott is located at 9100 Corporate Hills Drive.
