Game notes

Kansas used the starting lineup of Sade Morris, Monica Engelman, Carolyn Davis, LaChelda Jacobs and Aishah Sutherland. Rhea Codio replaced Jacobs as a starter in the second half.

Kansas held Baylor to 9.1 percent shooting from three-point range, the lowest percentage for an Jayhawk opponent this season.

Kansas’ 23 first half points were the fourth fewest the team has scored in the first half this season (19 at UCLA, 20 vs. Nebraska and 22 at Kansas State).

Kansas junior guard Rhea Codio scored a career high five points in 27 minutes of action
