Kansas Awards Ceremony To Be Held This Saturday

LAWRENCE, Kan. – An autograph session will be held after the Kansas football awards ceremony on Saturday night it was announced on Friday. Jayhawk players will be available to sign autographs in the north concourse of Allen Fieldhouse immediately after the event.

The awards ceremony begins at 7:30 p.m. in the Fieldhouse. The event is free and doors to the Fieldhouse will open at 6:30 p.m. Fans are asked to enter through the North, South or Booth Family Hall of Athletics doors. There is open seating in the East stands which will face the stage set on the floor.

A sign language interpreter will be located in the Northeast corner in front of section E. There will also be wheelchair seating on the floor.

The night will include an introduction of the team, remarks from National Coach of the Year Mark Mangino, highlight videos and team awards. Upon entry, fans will receive a free commemorative Orange Bowl team photo card.
