Game Notes

–Kansas used the starting lineup of Monica Engelman, Carolyn Davis, Marisha Brown, Angel Goodrich and Tania Jackson for the third straight game.

–With four three-point field goals, sophomore Monica Engelman moved into 10th place on the Kansas career three-point field goals list with 73. Engelman passed KC Hilgenkamp (70 from 2001-02) and Kay Kay Hart (71 from 1989-92).

–Engelman’s four three-pointers tied her career high. She has made four threes in three games for her career.

–Engelman reached double-digit scoring for the 22nd time this season and 32nd time in her two seasons at Kansas. She has led Kansas in scoring seven times this season and 11 times for her career.

–Sophomore Angel Goodrich ended the game with three steals. She has three or more in six games this season and eight times during her career.

–Goodrich was 1-for-1 from three-point range and 5-for-5 from beyond the arc in the Big 12 Championship.

–With a team-high seven assists, Goodrich has led Kansas in assists in 19 games this season and 33 times in her career. Goodrich has 18 games of five or more assists this season.

–Freshman Tania Jackson went 2-for-3 from three-point range and ended the championship 4-for-5 from beyond the arc.
