Kansas Doubleheader at Missouri State Moved to March 27

March 18, 2012

COLUMBIA, Mo. – Weather continues its disruption on the Kansas softball season as incoming storms have moved the Jayhawks’ doubleheader against Missouri State, originally scheduled for Tuesday, to March 27 beginning at 4 p.m. and 6 p.m.

The decision was made shortly after Kansas (20-5, 0-3) wrapped up its opening Big 12 Conference series at No. 12 Missouri. KU was set to travel from Columbia, Mo., to Springfield, Mo., on Sunday evening before weather forced the change of plans.

This marks the eighth and ninth games altered by weather this season.
