Kansas softball (27-10, 0-6 Big 12) will wrap up a four-game homestand when it welcomes No. 14/15 Oklahoma (29-10, 2-2 Big 12) for a doubleheader beginning at 4 p.m. on Wednesday, April 6 at Arrocha Ballpark.

Fans attending the games will receive a free Jayhawk seat cushion. The first 50 KU students will receive a free corndog and candy voucher.

The Jayhawks are looking to bounce back after back-to-back losses to No. 13/16 Nebraska last weekend. KU will rely heavily on sophomore Maggie Hull, who continues to pace KU with a .355 batting average on the year. Her 38 hits are second only to sophomore Alex Jones’ 43 knocks. Junior Liz Kocon has also been a major contributor from the plate as her .343 average is second on the team. Last week, Kocon collected two home runs to bump her career total up to 24 for the fourth-most in a Jayhawk career. She also tied senior Brittany Hile for the team lead of 10 homers, the sixth-most in a KU single season.

KU’s offense will face OU left-handed pitcher Keilani Ricketts, who leads the Big 12 in strikeouts and is holding opponents to a .180 batting average. However, Kansas is hitting .327 versus lefties this season as opposed to .296 versus right-handed hurlers.
