Boyer, who has three goals during exhibition play this spring, gave KU a 1-0 lead when she finished a cross from junior Jessica Bush. Williams, who scored three goals last season, used her head to direct a corner kick into the net to clinch the contest.

In the first match of the day, KU fell to Iowa, 1-0. The Hawkeyes scored their lone goal on a ball that deflected off a Jayhawk defender.

KU will play host to Creighton in an exhibition match Sunday at 3 p.m. at the Jayhawk Soccer Complex. Admission to all spring soccer contests is free of charge.
