Missouri’s five All-Americans in the indoor season were the most for the Tigers since 2003. Sophomore Nick Adcock was one of three Tigers to win Big 12 Championships during the indoor season as he claimed the heptathlon with a school-record score. At the USATF Junior Championships, Adcock won the Gold medal in the decathlon and in the same event, claimed the Silver at the Pan-American Junior Championships. Last season, MU’s men and women earned a total of 28 regional qualifying marks.

Kansas State returns 10 of their 15 competitors from the 2007 NCAA Outdoor Track and Field Championships, including men’s high jump National Champion Scott Sellers. Sellers also finished as the runner-up at the Indoor National Championships in March. Last year, the Wildcats men and women combined for four conference championships and five All-America honors.
