The win motivated Kansas to then take two of three doubles matches, clinching the victory.
Kansas also got singles wins from senior Christine Skoda and sophomore Lauren Hommell.
Texas A&M is currently 12-10 overall, including 7-2 in league play. The Aggies are in third place in the conference.
Texas sets at No. 2 in the Big 12, coming in with an overall record of 13-9 and a conference mark of 7-1.
