Kansas Rowing Travels to No. 18 Minnesota

ST. PAUL, Minn. – The Kansas rowing team continues the spring season as it heads to St. Paul, Minn., on Saturday, April 22, to face Boston and host No. 18 Minnesota. The races begin at 10 a.m. on Lake Phalen.

The morning races will see Kansas compete in the First Novice Eight, Second Novice Eight, Varsity Four, Second Varsity Eight and First Varsity Eight. Minnesota and Kansas will compete in all races, while Boston will see action in the Second Varsity Eight and First Varsity Eight.

Last week, Kansas traveled to the Southern Intercollegiate Rowing Association (SIRA) Championship on Friday and Saturday, April 14-15. On Friday, the Jayhawks won both heats in which they competed, the Varsity Four and Novice Four. The Jayhawks were also victorious in both the JV Eight and Varsity Four Petite Finals on Saturday.
