Rhea Codio And Annette Davis Seek To Transfer From Kansas Women's Basketball Team

LAWRENCE, Kan. – Kansas women’s basketball head coach Bonnie Henrickson announced Wednesday that guard Rhea Codio and forward Annette Davis are seeking to transfer following the spring 2010 semester.

“We wish both Rhea and Annette well in their future endeavors,” said Henrickson.

Codio,who transferred to Kansas following two seasons at Independence (Kan.) Community College, appeared in 22 games during the 2009-10 season. She averaged 1.4 points, 1.2 assists and 1.1 rebounds per game, while logging an average of 11.6 minutes an outing. She scored a season’s best five points while also dishing four assists at Baylor (Feb. 28, 2010).

Davis saw action in 15 games during her freshman campaign. She averaged 1.2 points and 1.5 boards per game. She poured in a season-high nine points, while tying a season-high with four boards at Nebraska (March 3, 2010).
