Fox Sports Midwest to Broadcast KU Spring Game Special

LAWRENCE, Kan. — Throughout the summer, Fox SportsNet Midwest will broadcast a 30-minute Spring Football Special designed to give KU fans an inside look at the team’s recently completed spring football game. FSN’s Big 12 Spring Football Tour began Saturday, May 20 and will air several times throughout the coming months on FSN Midwest.

The show featuring the Kansas Jayhawks is scheduled to air May 26 (1:30 p.m.), June 1 (12:30 p.m.), June 3 (7:30 p.m.), June 11 (1:30 p.m.) and June 20 (12:30 p.m.). Additional airings may be added at a later date.

Each episode includes extensive highlights from the school’s spring football game, an all-access look at spring football featuring “sounds of the game” captured by microphones worn by coaches, interviews with key players and a look ahead to the 2006 season.
