The tour, which kicked off May 30 in Garden City, also includes stops in Hays, Liberal, Salina, Emporia, Topeka, Wichita, and Kansas City.

“The KU Alumni Association has spent considerable energy building powerful Jayhawk chapters throughout Kansas,” said Kevin Corbett, president of the KU Alumni Association. “The Jayhawk Summer Tour will be yet another example of our unwavering commitment to engage alumni and friends to strengthen the University of Kansas.”

All Jayhawk alumni, fans and friends are invited to events along the tour, which will include golf outings, dinners and rallies to kick off the 2009 football season.
