Kansas Football Family Plan And New Ticket Packages Now Available

June 2, 2010

LAWRENCE, Kan. — Two half-season ticket packages are now available for the 2010 Kansas Football season.

The Rock package includes games against Georgia Tech (September 11), New Mexico State (September 25), Kansas State (October 14), and Oklahoma State (November 20).

The Chalk package includes games against North Dakota State (September 4), Colorado (November 6), Kansas State (October 14), and Texas A&M (October 23, Homecoming).

Each package costs $175.

Both packages include the Kansas State game. A full-season, Rock or Chalk ticket package is the only method of obtaining single-game tickets to the Kansas State game.

In addition to the half-season packages, the popular Family Plan is now available to the public. This full-season package includes two adult and two youth general admission season tickets in the family zone, located in sections 12-16. The Family Plan is $499 and additional youth tickets, good for the entire season, are $75.

Fans can purchase tickets online at kuathletics.com, by calling 800-34-HAWKS, or in-person at the Allen Fieldhouse Ticket Office.

Reserved season ticket packages are still available for $199 (Tier 3), $299 (Tier 2), and $350 (Tier 1). The family zone, Tier 1 and Tier 3 are approaching a sellout.

Last season, Kansas Athletics introduced and sold nearly 2,000 half-season packages. The family plan sold out in 2009.
