KU/Missouri Football Game on ABC

LAWRENCE, Kan. — The University of Kansas vs. Missouri football game set for Nov. 25 in Columbia, Mo., will be aired by ABC, school officials announced Monday. Kickoff is scheduled for 11 a.m. from MU’s Farout Field. The Jayhawks will be making their sixth all-time appearance on ABC since joining the Big 12.

“We are excited that this game will get the exposure it deserves,” said KU Athletics Director Lew Perkins. “The Kansas/Missouri rivalry is one of the fiercest in the nation and we’re pleased that football fans in other parts of the country will have the opportunity to watch it.”

The Jayhawks will play seven home games in Memorial Stadium in 2006. Public season tickets are $225. Faculty-staff season tickets are $180 and recent graduate packages are $150 (2004-06 graduation date). Family-Zone packages are also available for $300. The Family-Zone, located in the North Bowl, includes two adult and two youth general admission tickets.
