POSITION TITLE: Rigger/Boatman

STARTING DATE: As soon as possible after application deadline

APPOINTMENT: Full-time

SALARY: $12.10 per hour

DUTIES: This position is responsible for maintaining, repairing, and organizing the boathouse, racing shells, motorboats, oars, ergo meters, etc.; racecourse installation and upkeep; and transporting boats and equipment to all competitions.

REQUIRED: Knowledge of and experience with trailer towing and inventory control; ability to lift 100 – 125 pounds; valid drivers license with clean driving record; ability to problem solve and work independently; high comfort level with lakes and rivers. Must be able to work very flexible hours.

PREFERRED: Knowledge of and experience with fiberglass and epoxy repairs, detail painting, welding, and carpentry.
