The overnight camp, which runs through Wednesday, emphasizes the fundamental techniques of volleyball, as well as game strategies and includes athletes entering grades 6-12. Basic skills are stressed in drills while team play is incorporated to teach how all the fundamentals fit in the game.

Bechard and his coaching staff as well as a number of current players, are all on hand to help with camp’s 240 participants, a large increase from last year’s numbers.

Bechard and his staff will host one more team camp at the end of July before summer sessions come to an end.
