Four Kansas tennis players wrapped up play in the 2010 Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) Summer Circuit Sunday. The event, presented by the USTA, was hosted by Kansas Athletics and took place at the Jayhawk Tennis Facility. Senior-to-be Maria Martinez, junior Ekaterina Morozova and newcomers Dylan Windom and Monica Pezzotti all participated in the event.

Windom advanced to the semifinals of the singles draw before bowing out to eventual champion Haley Fournier of Texas Tech. Windom also paired up with Morozova in the doubles bracket where they advanced to the title match, but fell 8-2 to Missouri’s Maria Christensen and Mallory Weber.

Also in the doubles bracket was Kansas duo Pezzotti and Martinez. The pair made it to the semifinals before losing to Christensen and Weber.
