POSITION TITLE: Graduate Assistant Coach

STARTING DATE: January 17, 2007 or as soon as possible

SALARY: $1,200.00 per month plus academic aid

DUTIES: Responsible for coaching current athletes, recruiting on-campus prospects and assisting with administrative duties.

QUALIFICATIONS:

REQUIRED: Bachelor’s degree; collegiate rowing experience; knowledge of and commitment to Big 12 and NCAA rules and regulations; application to the graduate program at the University of Kansas; ability to work a flexible schedule including week-ends; travel to meets; and work in all kinds of weather conditions.

PREFERRED: Collegiate and/or club level coaching experience.
