Women's Basketball Welcome Back Picnic Scheduled for August 26

LAWRENCE, Kan. — The University of Kansas women’s basketball program will hold its annual welcome back picnic on Saturday, Aug. 26 at Centennial Park in Lawrence beginning at noon.

All Jayhawk fans are invited to help welcome back the veteran players and meet KU’s seven newcomers. The entire team and coaching staff will be in attendance. There will be free games, food and prizes with a program scheduled for 12:30 p.m.
