Position Title: Ticket Processing Coordinator

Starting Date: As soon as possible following selection

Appointment: Full time

Duties:

Responsible for the day-to-day operation and supervision of all ticket sales orders.

Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree in finance• Two years work experience in a ticket office setting or accounting environment• Two years experience using Paciolan Ticketing System• Good communication skills and experience in working with the public• Basic office equipment and computer skills• Must work during regular business hours (8am-5pm, M-F), after normal hours as required and athletic events as assigned• Travel with athletic teams as directed by the Assistant Athletics Director – Ticket Operations• Make customer relations a top priority. Act in a courteous, helpful, supportive manner and provide accurate information
