Rock Chalk Chalk Winners Announced

Kansas Athletics recently selected the two winners for its 2005 “Rock Chalk Chalk” contest. During the last few weeks, “Rock Chalk Chalk” packs were handed out to children at various athletics department events. The children were instructed to draw a Jayhawk or their favorite KU design and send pictures of their artwork to the athletics department for a chance to win a Football Family Ticket Plan. The winning contestants were Hannah Bettis age 8 of Overland Park and Andrew Stewart age 6 of Lawrence.

The prize package includes two adult and two youth general admission season tickets ($300 value). The Family plan also includes two tickets to the KU-Oklahoma game at Arrowhead Stadium October 15. The Jayhawk football season opens the 2005 campaign on Saturday versus Florida Atlantic. Kickoff is set for 6 pm. in KU’s Memorial Stadium.
