Jayhawks In Third after Round One of Colorado Invitational

LAWRENCE, Kan. –

After one round of play at the Colorado Invitational, the Kansas men’s golf team currently stands in a tie for third place with a score of 296, just two strokes behind leader Colorado, and just one stroke behind second place Brigham Young. Three other teams are tied with the Jayhawks at 296: San Jose State, Colorado State, and New Mexico State. Senior Jeff Bell lead all Jayhawks with a two-under-par score of 70.Round two is currently being played and results and recap will be posted as soon as it concludes.
