Hoglund Collects Two Hits in Alumni Game

Forrest Hoglund, who played at Kansas from 1954-56, collected two singles in the annual KU Alumni Baseball Game Saturday at Hoglund Ballpark.

The current Jayhawk team scored eight runs in the bottom of the fifth to win the five-inning exhibition game, 10-3.
The game, which featured the current Jayhawks against a team of former KU players, was the highlight to the baseball team’s Parents/Alumni Weekend.
