Oct. 23, 2009

LAWRENCE, Kan. – Kansas Athletic officials announced that Saturday’s home football game against Oklahoma has been sold out. This marks the third sellout of the season for the Jayhawks in the 50,071-seat Kivisto Field at Memorial Stadium.

This will also mark the 11th time in the last 14 home games that the Jayhawks will draw at least 50,000 for a home contest.

After Saturday’s game, which kicks off at 2:30 p.m. and is being televised on ABC, the Jayhawks will play consecutive road games at Texas Tech (Oct. 31) and Kansas State (Nov. 7) before returning home to host Nebraska on Nov. 14.
