Kansas-Missouri Match Time Changed to 6 p.m.

LAWRENCE, Kan. – The University of Kansas volleyball team announced that its match against the Missouri Tigers on Nov. 2 has changed to 6 p.m.

The second installment of the Border Showdown was originally scheduled for 6:30 p.m., prior to the announced change. The Nov. 2 match will still be televised live on Metro Sports.

Kansas will look to even the series after the team faced Missouri earlier this month on the road in Columbia, Mo., and fell to the Tigers, 3-1.

The Jayhawk women’s basketball team will host Emporia State in the team’s first exhibition game of the season in Allen Fieldhouse on Nov. 2, changed from its original Oct. 31 date. Tipoff is slated for 8 p.m.

UP NEXTKansas hits the road again next week with a trip to Ames, Iowa on Wednesday to face No. 15 Iowa State. First serve is set for 6:30 p.m. Next weekend, the Jayhawks will play their only Sunday match of the conference season against Texas A&M. The Oct. 30 start time is slated for 2 p.m.
