Kansas volleyball will wrap up a three-match homestand when it hosts Colorado on Saturday, Nov. 6 at 6:30 p.m. in the teams’ final meeting as Big 12 Conference foes. Fans that bring a ticket stub from the KU/CU football game from earlier in the day can get into the match for just $3. The Jayhawks’ contest will be shown on tape delay on KUJH-TV at 9 p.m. Saturday night and again on Sunday at 7 and 9 p.m. on Sunflower Broadband channel 31 in Lawrence, Eudora and Tonganoxie.

Kansas, which is hitting .229 as a team in the Horejsi Family Athletics Center compared to a .162 clip in road, is led by redshirt freshman Caroline Jarmoc’s .273 attack percentage. The middle blocker has been even more accurate as of late as she has averaged a .356 clip over the last four contests.

Senior Karina Garlington has been the team’s most consistent offensive threat as she ranks sixth in the conference with 3.52 kills per set. The 6-foot outside hitter has led the team (or tied for the lead) in kills in four of the last six matches. In the back court, freshman Brianne Riley has resumed libero duties and leads the Jayhawks with 3.62 digs per set.

Earlier this season the Buffaloes edged KU in five sets to improve their overall record to 35-14 versus the Jayhawks. However, prior to this year’s meeting, Kansas won three-straight meetings with CU.
