Nov. 8, 2010

LAWRENCE, Kan. –

Fox Sports Net announced Monday that it will televise the Kansas-Oklahoma State football game on Saturday, Nov. 20 with kickoff time schedule for 11 a.m. This will be the final home game for the Jayhawks during the 2010 season.

Kansas hasn’t hosted its former Big Eight rival since the 2006 season, when Oklahoma State come-from-behind in a 42-32 win at Memorial Stadium. The Cowboys hold a slight 16-15 edge in games played in Lawrence. KU is 3-3 at home this season, and 2-2 in games that have kicked off before 6 p.m.

Last week, the Jayhawks made school history by rallying from a 28-point deficit in the fourth quarter and scoring 35 unanswered points in a 52-45 triumph over Colorado. The win was KU’s first in the Big 12 this season.

The Jayhawks will travel to Nebraska this weekend for a 6 p.m. game, which marks the schools’ final meeting as Big 12 members. The game is being televised on a pay-per-view basis on participating cable systems in Nebraska and Kansas, as well as nationally on participating satellite and telco systems.
