Jayhawks Trail Missouri 14-0 at Half

Despite 126 yards passing by sophomore quarterback Todd Reesing in the first half, second-ranked Kansas trails No. 4 Missouri, 14-0 at the half in the annual Border Showdown game played at Kansas City’s Arrowhead Stadium Saturday.<?xml:namespace prefix=”o” ns=”urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office”?>

Missouri scored a pair of touchdowns in the first half, both on Chase Daniels touchdown throws to pull in front.

Junior wide receiver Dexton Fields leads the Jayhawks with five catches for 60 yards receiving, while senior fullback Brandon McAnderson has 25 yards rushing on seven carries. Reesing is 9-for-17 for 126 yards with one interception in the first half.
