Notes
–The Jayhawks made their first five free throws and shot a season-high 75 percent as a team.
–KU made 3-for-3 three-pointers in the second half and held UCLA to only one three-pointer for the entire game on 1-for-6 shooting.
–The Jayhawks recorded their first lead at the 15:38 mark in the second half. The game featured three ties and five lead changes.
–Senior guard LaChelda Jacobs finished with a season-high four rebounds. Jacobs’ previous record was one versus Michigan on Nov. 22.
–Freshman guard Monica Engelman was 2-for-2 from the stripe and recorded a career-high five points.
–Freshman guard Angel Goodrich recorded a career-high two steals. She previously registered one steal two times, most recently versus TCU on Nov. 28.
–Senior guards Sade Morris and Danielle McCray scored a combined 21 points, three steals, four assists and six rebounds in the second half.
