Waiver of Liability Form

LAWRENCE, KAN. – Kansas women’s basketball welcomes boys and girls currently in kindergarten through eighth grade to its annual Holiday Hoops Clinic. The two-hour clinic will be held on Tuesday, January 1, 2008 (New Year’s Day) from 12-2 p.m. in Allen Fieldhouse (check-in will start at 11:30 a.m.).

Walk-up registration will be available in the north concourse of Allen Fieldhouse between 11:15 a.m. and noon. Parents are also invited to participate in the clinic with their child/children. Cost per child is $15 and cost per participating parent is $5.

All participants will need to have a completed waiver of liability which is attached to the release.
