Notes

–Senior guard Danielle McCray was 4-for-4 from behind the arc and 9-for-12 from the field. She finished with 25 points, marking the 34th time in her career she has scored 20 or more points in a game.

–Sophomore forward Aishah Sutherland (12), junior center Krysten Boogaard (17) and McCray all scored in double figures. This is the 5th game this season three or more players have scored in double figures.

–Freshman guard Angel Goodrich finished with 10 assists, making it her second career game with 10 or more assists.

–Freshman forward Carolyn Davis recorded a career-high six points in a career-high eight minutes. Davis previously scored two points against Xavier on Nov. 26 and played six minutes against Michigan on Nov. 22.

–Junior guard Marisha Brown registered the first points of her Jayhawk career with a three-pointer with 15 seconds left in the game.

–Kansas’ 67 percent three-point shooting (6-for-9) marks the highest percentage so far this year and the highest since playing Fairfield on Jan. 9, 2009.

–The Jayhawks held the Bears to 35 percent field goal shooting (18-for-52), which marks the fourth time this year KU has held an opponent to under 40 percent.

–Kansas forced 23 Northern Colorado turnovers and turned them into 25 points. The Jayhawks only had 15 turnovers, the second-least amount this season.

–KU tallied 16 fastbreak points and held UNC scoreless on the fastbreak.
