Notes

–Freshman guard Angel Goodrich scored or assisted on KU’s first 14 points and finished with a career-high 20 points. Her previous high was 10 against Iowa on Nov. 18.

–Senior guard Danielle McCray’s 18 points made her career point total 1,706. McCray is sixth on the list behind Lynn Pride, who has 1,774.

–KU shot 24-for-28 from the charity stripe (86%) on the game. The last time Kansas recorded this kind of accuracy was versus Oklahoma on March 13, 2009, where the Jayhawks went 13-for-13 and finished 100 percent.

–Sutherland recorded 15 points and 10 rebounds, making it her third double-double this season and fourth in her career.

–Goodrich (20), McCray (18), Sutherland and junior center Krysten Boogaard (10) all finished in double figures. The last time four Jayhawks scored in double figures in a game was against Iowa on Nov. 18, by Goodrich, McCray, Boogaard, Sutherland and senior guard Sade Morris.

–Kansas went on a 12-0 run at the 8:35 mark to pull ahead by 20 with 3:14 left.

–KU held the Bluejays to 33 percent shooting from the field. This marks the fourth-consecutive opponent the Jayhawks have held under 36 percent.

–The Jayhawks recorded 13 assists to Creighton’s five.
