Game Notes:

– Kansas started the group of F Aishah Sutherland, F Carolyn Davis, G Keena Mays, G Monica Engelman, G Angel Goodrich for the third-straight game.

– Kansas F Carolyn Davis grabbed a season-high 12 rebounds and scored 26 points to record her second double-double of the season.

– Davis’ nine defensive rebounds were a season high, while she matched a season high with 10 field goals. The sophomore also matched a career high with 14 field goal attempts.

– Kansas F Aishah Sutherland’s 13 boards were one shy of a career high, while her 10 defensive rebounds were also one away from her career high (at Wisconsin on Nov. 21).

– As a team, Kansas’ 38 defensive rebounds were a season best.

– Kansas G Keena Mays was one point shy of her season high with 13 points Thursday. She matched her season best with three three-point field goals and four free throws made.

– Mays was a perfect 3-for-3 from beyond the arc and 4-for-4 from the foul line.

– Freshman G Brooke Jelniker matched a season high with two assists.
