August 20 Fall Camp Report

LAWRENCE, Kan. — On Tuesday, the Kansas Jayhawks participated in their 15th practice of fall camp, as the team scrimmaged and Head Coach Les Miles met with the media at the conclusion of practice.

The Jayhawks are now 11 days away from kicking off the 2019 season, when the team hosts Indiana State at David Booth Kansas Memorial Stadium in Lawrence, Kansas on August 31 at 11 a.m. CT. The game marks the first of 12 slated for the 2019 season.

In preparation for the start of the season,  KU Athletics announced several events to kickoff the season, including KU Kickoff at Corinth Square on August 23 and Hawk Talk with Head Coach Les Miles, beginning on August 28. In addition, KU Athletics announced several gameday improvements for fans and a discount on season tickets for State of Kansas employees.

Single game tickets for the 2019 Kansas football season are now available for purchase. Prices vary based on game and seat location. In addition to single-game tickets, Kansas Athletics is offering a Mini Plan option for Jayhawk football games. As part of the Mini Plan offer fans have the chance to purchase tickets to the Oklahoma (Oct. 5) and K-State (Nov. 2) games. Tier 1 Mini Plan tickets are available for $150, Tier 2 for $130 and Tier 3 for $99.
