Kansas at Florida State moved to Monday & Tuesday contests

LAWRENCE, Kan. – With the threat of inclement weather in Tallahassee, Florida, throughout the day on Tuesday, March 6, Kansas and Florida State officials agreed to move Tuesday and Wednesday’s (March 6-7) regularly scheduled games at Dick Howser Stadium to a Monday and Tuesday tilt (March 5-6).

“Moving the games up a day gives us the best chance to get both contests in,” head coach Ritch Price said. “There is a good possibility of storms happening on Tuesday down there, so if need be, we can push that game back to Wednesday and still get to play two.”

Both Monday and Tuesday’s games will showcase a 6 p.m. EST first pitch. Fans can watch both games on ESPN3, available at WatchESPN.com or streaming live on multiple devices via the ESPN app. In addition, the contests can also be heard on the Jayhawk Radio Network via KUAthletics.com/Radio.
