Weather moves Tuesday’s first pitch in Springfield to 4 p.m.

SPRINGFIELD, Mo. – With the threat of rain and severe weather happening in Springfield, Missouri, officials elected to move up the Jayhawks’ midweek game with Missouri State on Tuesday, April 4, to a 4 p.m. start at Hammons Field.

Originally scheduled for a 6:30 p.m. start, Missouri State head coach Keith Guttin and Kansas head coach Ritch Price agreed to move the first pitch up to try to avoid the inclement weather.

An audio broadcast of the game will still be available on the Jayhawk Radio Network via KUAthletics.com/Radio or by listening over the airwaves on KWOD 1660 AM.
