Former Kansas pitcher Wes Benjamin made his fourth appearance of the season for the Texas Rangers Sept. 7 against the Seattle Mariners, pitching two scoreless innings with three strikeouts in relief. Benjamin has tallied nine strikeouts in 8.1 innings pitched this season.
