Bio

Luke Bradford joined Kansas Athletics in June 2010 and is the strength and conditioning coach for the baseball and volleyball programs. He is an NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning specialist and a Muscle Activation Techniques specialist. He is also certified with USA Track and Field.

Bradford came to KU after serving as the Sports Performance Director at Velocity Sports Performance from 2003-10. He was also an assistant baseball coach/strength and conditioning coach at his alma mater, Emporia State, for two seasons. He played varsity baseball at Hutchinson Community College and Emporia State during his collegiate career. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Emporia State in 2002 and a graduate degree from KU in 2011.

Bradford and his wife, Emily, have a daughter, Marygrace. The couple resides in Lawrence.
