FAQ

WHERE IS THE MAIN TICKET OFFICE? WHAT ARE THEIR HOURS?
The main ticket office is located at the SE Corner of Allen Fieldhouse. It is open Monday-Friday, 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.

HOW MUCH IS AN ALL SPORTS COMBO?
The All Sports Combo is $175, and allows access to football and men’s basketball games. Students can purchase a Football-Only pass for $55, but the All Sports Combo must be purchased to be permitted into men’s basketball games.

HOW DOES A STUDENT PURCHASE AN ALL SPORTS COMBO?
Up until August 21st, students can purchase an All Sports Combo online through the University’s Enroll & Pay website.

While logged into Enroll & Pay, a student can locate the All Sports Combo in the Enrollment Folder under “Select Optional Campus Fees”. The cost of the All Sports Combo will be added to the student’s tuition bill. Students can add the All Sports Combo to their tuition bill until August 21st.

Beginning August 1, students can purchase an All Sports Combo at the Kansas Athletics Ticket Office. Purchases made through the Ticket Office must be made with cash or credit card.

I’VE MISSED THE DEADLINE TO ORDER AN ALL SPORTS COMBO THROUGH ENROLL & PAY, IS IT TOO LATE TO PURCHASE?
Sports combos are still available after the August 21st online deadline, but must be purchased in-person at the Ticket Office.

WHAT IS INCLUDED WITH AN ALL SPORTS COMBO?
Access to regular home football and men’s basketball games.

WHAT ARE THE STUDENT TICKET PRICES FOR KU ATHLETIC EVENTS OTHER THAN FOOTBALL AND MEN’S BASKETBALL?
Students receive free admission with a valid KUID to soccer, volleyball, women’s basketball, baseball, softball and the Kansas Relays. Admission to cross country, swimming, golf, track and field, tennis and swimming and diving events is free to all fans.
*Limited number of student seats will be available at Kansas volleyball games during the 2019 season.

WHAT IS CAMPING?
Students who wish to have a better seat location to men’s basketball games can form a camping group. Visit the KU Camping Facebook page or KU Camping Twitter for more information.

DO I HAVE TO FORM A CAMPING GROUP TO GET SEATS?
Students form camping groups to improve their seat location, NOT to secure a seat. Any student that purchases a combo AND has claimed their entry to all games through the redemption process will have access to the arena while seating is available.

The purchase of an All Sports Combo s good for student admission to regular-season home KU football and men’s basketball games based on the venue capacity for each event. The Sports Combo Pass guarantees admission to football, but does NOT necessarily guarantee admission to men’s basketball.

COMBO REFUND POLICY: Students may be refunded through their Enroll & Pay account until August 29th, 2019.  Full refunds will NOT be offered after the completion of the first home football game. Beginning September 18th, 2019, students may apply for a partial refund in-person at the Kansas Athletics Ticket Office. Partial refunds will be given up to October 18th, 2019. After October 18th, 2019, there will be NO refunds.

HOW DOES A STUDENT PICK UP TICKETS?
Students will no longer receive paper football tickets. Tickets will be emailed directly to each student the Wednesday afternoon before each home game. Students will then need to present this ticket on their smart phone at the student gate. Please contact the Ticket Office at 785-864-3141 with questions.

Basketball tickets will be available for pickup during three separate redemption periods throughout the basketball season, each of which last three days. Students who redeem their tickets during each three-day window will be guaranteed a ticket to the games included in each period. Students can redeem basketball tickets online or in-person at the ticket office. Specific dates and information for student basketball tickets will be available by October 1st of each year, and will be posted online on the Men’s Basketball Information Page as well as on this page (see below).

CAN A STUDENT PURCHASE TICKETS FOR A GUEST (NON-STUDENTS) TO SIT WITH THEM?
For football and basketball games, students can purchase a General Admission ticket for non-students (subject to availability). General Admission seating is within the student section, thus allowing the student and their guest(s) the ability to sit with each other.

Students may also purchase a Spouse or Child ticket for the football season. Tickets are $55 each, but are only offered for football.

CAN I TRANSFER MY TICKETS?
Since football tickets are paper tickets, students can coordinate amongst themselves to transfer their tickets; there is no need to transfer at the ticket office.

Men’s basketball tickets must be transferred in-person at the ticket office in advance of the game, and a student can only transfer their tickets to a student enrolled at the University of Kansas.

HOW ARE POST-SEASON MEN’S BASKETBALL TICKETS PURCHASED?
Post-season men’s basketball tickets are available through a lottery system. The lottery system is a random selection process and all winners will be posted to the Student Ticket Information page the day after the lottery has been completed. There will be no cancellations or refunds. Students will only receive tickets for the NCAA events in which KU participates. Big 12 tournament tickets are sold on an All-Session basis. A student that wins tickets to the Big 12 tournament through the lottery will receive tickets to all games.
