Kansas will open the 2016 season with Rhode Island on Sept. 3, while beginning the 2017 campaign with Southeast Missouri State traveling to Lawrence on Sept. 2.  The Jayhawks were previously slated to match-up in a home-and-home series with Hawaii in 2016-17.
