Inside Out selected for Movie Night at Memorial Stadium presented by Boston Financial

LAWRENCE, Kan. – Kansas fans selected “Inside Out” to be the featured film when Kansas Athletics hosts Movie Night at Memorial Stadium presented by Boston Financial on Thursday, June 1. Gates to Memorial Stadium and the FunZone, complete with inflatable games, will open at 5 p.m. The movie will begin on the stadium video board at 7 p.m. Admission is free to all members of the community. Parking will also be free in lots surrounding the stadium after 5 p.m.
 
Gates on the west side of Memorial Stadium and at field level on either side of the video board will be open. Seating for the movie will be available on Kivisto Field with guests encouraged to bring their own pillows and blankets. Chairs will not be allowed on the playing surface. Bleacher and limited mobility seating will also be available in Memorial Stadium.
 
Concessions will be available for purchase throughout the evening. In addition to traditional stadium concessions fare, several local vendors will be serving select menu items throughout the evening. All guests will be allowed to bring in one unopened bottle of water.
 
Inside Out is a 2015 computer-animated film produced by Pixar Animation Studios and released by Walt Disney Pictures. The film is set in the mind of a young girl named Riley, where five personified emotions – Joy, Sadness, Anger, Fear and Disgust – try to lead her through life as she moves across the country with her parents and adjust to her new surroundings.
