Forecasted rain alters Wednesday's schedule at NCAA Championships

AUSTIN, Texas – Due to forecasted rain in the Austin, Texas area, the NCAA Track & Field committee has decided to alter the event schedule for Wednesday, June 5, at the NCAA Outdoor Track & Field Championships at Mike A. Myers Stadium.

Three Kansas men’s athletes are scheduled to compete on Wednesday. Junior Gleb Dudarev will compete in the hammer throw, which is now scheduled to begin at 2 p.m., and Zach Bradford is slated to jump in the pole vault at 4:30 p.m. On the track, junior Bryce Hoppel is slated to run in the semifinal of the men’s 800-meter run, which will now start at 5:44 p.m.
