Williams Education Fund kicks off second-annual Thank You week
The Williams Education Fund is excited to announce the beginning of its second annual Thank You Week, set for November 13th-19th. This particular week is dedicated to the thousands of loyal Jayhawk supporters who provide over 500 KU student-athletes with the opportunity to achieve a world-class education and compete in the sports they love while proudly representing our great university. These student-athletes would like to express their gratitude and appreciation for making their experiences at KU so meaningful and memorable.
“We are very pleased to once again devote a week during this Thanksgiving season to show our gratitude for all that our loyal members do for Kansas Athletics,” said Matt Baty, Associate AD, Williams Education Fund, Marketing & Sales. “It is their support and commitment that help provide all Jayhawk student-athletes with educational and athletic opportunities that are second to none.”
Throughout the course of this week, the Williams Education Fund will be sharing content featuring many student-athletes across Kansas Athletics’ 18 men’s and women’s sports on the Williams Education Fund’s website (WilliamsFund.com) and Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram accounts. Each piece of content will shed light on how the generosity of so many individuals impacts the lives of KU student-athletes during their time on Mt. Oread. Williams Education Fund members will also have the opportunity to win prizes sure to excite any Jayhawk. These prizes include:
