Homecoming set for 6 p.m. kickoff against Texas Tech

LAWRENCE, Kan. — Kansas’ homecoming matchup with the Texas Tech Red Raiders on Oct. 26 will kickoff at 6 p.m., at David Booth Kansas Memorial Stadium, the Big 12 Conference announced on Monday, with the game airing on FOX Sports 1.

The matchup between Kansas and Texas Tech will be the 21st in the series history and the 11th game played in Lawrence, where the Jayhawks hold a 1-3 record this season. Kansas is 1-1 in night games this season, after its 48-24 victory over Boston College on Sept. 13. The 6 p.m., kickoff against Texas Tech will be the fourth night game for the Jayhawks this season, as Kansas will take on the Texas Longhorns at 6 p.m., this Saturday in Austin, Texas.

Kansas has appeared on FS1 once this season, where the Jayhawks lost on the road to TCU, 14-51.
