Jayhawks' offense comes alive over Grizzlies

LAWRENCE, Kan. – Kansas softball came away victorious for the sixth consecutive time during their fall schedule as they defeated visiting Butler Community College 11-3 inside Arrocha Ballpark on Tuesday night.

It wasn’t looking good for the Jayhawks early in the contest as they found themselves down 3-0 entering the fifth inning. However, the KU offense would come alive for the remaining five innings as they would go on to put up 11 runs.

Sophomore Sydnee Ramsey finished the game 1-3 including a long solo shot in the fifth inning. Sophomore Morgyn Wynne also got herself a long ball as she finished the night 2-2 with a team-best two RBIs.
